SENIOR GIRLS CAMOGIE

Our Senior Girls camogie team played their first ever match on Friday last, March 7th.  The girls put on a great performance against St. Kevin’s, Dunlavin and emerged victorious.  Both sides were well matched in the first half, but a last-minute goal from Gillian Synnott ensured eventual victory, and the game finished on a scoreline of 4-1 to 2-0.  Key players were Niamh Donnelly, Úna Britton, Jessica Morrissey and Leigh O Neill.  Well done to all!

FIRST YEAR CAMOGIE
First year camogie players are going to Arklow this Thursday, March 13th.  This fun day is organised by Camogie Ireland and the girls will be competing in outdoor blitzes for the day.  Over 180 students from 10 schools around the county are taking part.
