Wicklow and Bray People weekly School Report
TRANSITION YEAR BANK
Our Transition Year Bank is now successfully up and running, thanks to the dedication of Ms. Kelly and the nine students who make up the team: Michael Gaffney, Aoife Carey, Megan Carroll, Amy Diviney, Chloe Doyle, Darragh Browne, Shauna Byrne, Jossy Cairns and Tadhg Bentham. The bank opens for business every Thursday lunchtime. The skills of the team were put to the test last Friday, March 6th in the Build a Bank Challenge regional finals, which took place in the Fitzpatrick Hotel Killiney. For the past two weeks, the students have been working hard to make their presentation the best in the regionals. All the hard work paid off when they were awarded first prize for ‘Best Customer Loyalty’. Each student received a MP3 Player and a plaque for the school. Well done to all!
TALENT SHOW
The annual Talent Show is due to take place on Friday March 20th. Application forms are available from reception this week. All students are invited to get involved. Please contact Ms. Mitchell for further details.

The school is entering fourteen projects this year, spanning all six categories – natural, built, social and cultural environment, litter awareness and the Ed Fogarty Road Safety award. Best wishes to all students involved!
