OPEN NIGHT

Many thanks to all in our school community who helped out on our annual Open Night which was held on Thursday 4th December.  Parents and children from the community and beyond were afforded an opportunity to visit the school, view its facilities and meet with staff and students.

 

PRIVATE MEMBERS DRAW

Draw 6, 7, 8 and 9 in the Parents’ Association Private Members Draw have taken place at morning assembly.  The prize winners of draw 6 were 1st Prize – Bill Maher, Bray; 2nd Prize – Philip Doyle and 3rd Prize – Ms Hill, Kilcoole.  The winners in draw 7 were 1st Prize – Roberta Raster, c/o Noel Golden, Kilcoole; 2nd Prize – Mr and Mrs Byrne and 3rd Prize – Tina Russell, c/o Coughlan’s Kilcoole. The winners in draw 8 were 1st Prize – Paddy Roche, Roundwood; 2nd Prize – Elizabeth Kinsella, Greystones and 3rd Prize – Kathy Reilly, Kilcoole.  The winners of draw 9 were 1stn Prize – Mr and Mrs Dempsey, Wicklow; 2nd Prize – Paddy Roche, Roundwood and 3rd Prize – Ms C Redmond, Delgany Wood.

 

SENIOR GIRLS GAELIC FOOTBALL

Congratulations to the Senior Girls Gaelic Football team who go through to the semi-final after beating Abbey Community College last Thursday, ending on a scoreline of 3-9 to 3-5.  Well done to all involved and best wishes for the semi-final.

 

U14 BOYS SOCCER

Well done the the U14 Boys Soccer team who are now in the final of the Leinster Cup.  Best wishes to all involved!

 

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

School will close on Tuesday December 23rd at 12.35p.m., following our Carol Service.  Transport is not guaranteed at this time.  School will re-open on Wednesday January 7th 2009.
