School Reports 2007 - 2008

TRANSITION YEAR EXHIBITION NIGHT

The annual Transition Year Exhibition Night will take place in the school tonight,  Wednesday May 28th at 7.30p.m.  All parents and guardians of Transition Year students are invited to attend and view the work of our students throughout the year.

 

GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Sixth Year Graduation Ceremony took place in the school on Tuesday May 27th at 7.30p.m.  This was our first graduation ceremony, with 12 students graduating from Coláiste Chraobh Abhann.  Each student was given a medal to commemorate their time in our school. We wish all our Leaving Certificate Applied students all the best in their upcoming exams and indeed for the future.

 

PRIZE DAY

Our annual Prize Day took place last Friday, May 23rd.  Well done to all students who won awards on the day – from subject prizes and sports awards to the prestigious ‘Rogha na Bliana’, the boy and girl of each year.

 

MUSIC OUTREACH PROGRAMME CONCERT

The Music Outreach Programme Concert will take place in the school on Thursday May 29th at 7.30p.m.  This is an opportunity for all to see the work of the Music Outreach Programme in the school throughout the year and is guaranteed to be an evening of entertainment.

 

SUMMER HOLIDAYS

Finally, we would like to wish all staff and students a happy and relaxing summer break.  We hope everyone enjoys the well-deserved break!
